Ghosts of the Past




When the good things keep the bad from seeing the light of day. Like a father taking his son to a ballgame after he beat him the night before.
Did he deserve it for being just like his father? Hypocrisy and Irony are always hand in hand like alcohol and a drunk. The son inherits the sins of the father and cursed to walk his father's path, not for redemption but for spite.
But the lights shined brightest at yankee Stadium, just not recently. Still though, better than the back alleys and being locked in the closet.
